Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automation testing for Salesforce applications.
• Test Salesforce modules including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.
• Create, review, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Validate CPQ configurations such as product rules, pricing rules, quotes, and approvals.
• Identify, log, and track defects using tools like Jira or similar.
• Work closely with developers, admins, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and QA review meetings.
• Ensure data integrity and proper validation within Salesforce workflows and automation.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of experience in Salesforce QA Testing.
• CPQ & Automation, Prover
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud).
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ testing.
• Experience in Automation Testing tools (Selenium / Provar / Copado / TestNG or similar).
• Good understanding of SOQL, validation rules, workflows, flows, and Apex basics.
• Experience in API testing (Postman is a plus).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Salesforce Certification (Admin / CPQ Specialist / Platform App Builder).
• Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps processes.
• Basic understanding of integration testing with third-party systems.
