Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide prospective learners in selecting suitable AI training programs and achieving their career goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students on courses, eligibility, fees, and career outcomes.
• Understand learner needs and recommend appropriate programs.
• Follow up with leads through phone, email, and messaging channels.
• Support applicants throughout enrollment and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate lead and admission records in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly enrollment and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with marketing, academic, and operations teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented with good follow-up and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in education counselling, admissions, or inside sales is preferred.
• Basic understanding of AI and technology courses is an advantage
